الصفحة الرئيسية

A mysterious client or clients posted racial slurs
focusing on African Americans and advanced Nazi Germany on Twitter Chief Jack Dorsey's hacked record Friday evening.

 Why it is important:
This raises worries about the account security of other essential figures, including presidents and PMs.

 Details:
Chuckling Squad, referenced in the tweets, has been attached to hacks of a few YouTube and Instagram web VIPs.

The hack was open for around 20 minutes before the hostile posts — one of which incorporated a bomb danger at Twitter HQ — were expelled from Twitter.

CloudHopper, an outsider administration utilized by Twitter for its SMS administration, was supposedly utilized by programmers to get to Dorsey's record, per the New York Times and Verge.

 Flashback:
Dorsey's record was also hacked by the gathering OurMine in 2016, however those messages did not utilize racial slurs or advance savagery.

In 2015, programmers sent almost 300 spam messages from the record of Anthony Noto, Twitter's previous CFO.
